Shipping Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Here are the estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Shipping (UK): 48 hours tracked
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

  • 3D Print Land ships to addresses within the UK, including P.O. Boxes. However, delivery times may be longer for these addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • 3D Print Land is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Damages

  • Please contact us if there has been any damage to your order in shipment. We are more than happy to work with you to get this resolved.
